[873]ロンリバイス総務部長の佐藤基こそが老害

ロン・リバイス総務部長の佐藤基なんて中卒のボケ老人なので総務部の仕事なんて全くできない人間ですよ。だから最低賃金法違反や割増賃金の未払い、給与全額支払いの原則違反、社員旅行と称して積立金を強制徴収するなどの労働基準法違反も告発される事態となった。佐藤基のような老害を総務部長として雇用し続けなければならない事情を抱えながら法令違反を繰り返すロン・リバイスという会社の組織風土自体が異常であることは明らか。
